Vegan Banana Bread (plant-based, gluten-free, sugar-free, oil-free)

Given that I no longer cook dinner with flour, sugar, oil, margarine, or eggs considering that people foods are harmful to overall health, I designed a total-food, healthy banana bread. This banana bread is lower in body fat, sweet, guilt-no cost, and delightful. (online video demonstration at the bottom of this write-up)
Dry substances:
