Sylvia Klinger, Also Fast paced to Diet’s Hispanic Dietitian colleague has shared a delicious fish deal with.

This dish is great since not only is it tasty, fast and easy, but it is also wholesome with lower-fats fish and tomatoes.

Tomatoes are the key nutritional resource of lypocene that lowers risk of heart illness and most cancers.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil

½ medium white onion, thinly slice

4 to 6 tomatoes, chopped

½ jalapeño chile, seeded, chopped

¼ cup canned diced pimentos

¼ cup green olives

¼ cup capers

2 new thyme sprigs or ¼ teaspoon thyme

2 clean marjoram sprigs or ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram

1 laurel leaf

4 purple snapper filets or white fish

½ teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste  

Preparing:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil at medium warmth and cook dinner the onions right up until tender. Stir in the tomatoes chile, pimentos, olives, capers and herbs. 
  2. Seasoned fish filets with salt and pepper and position in excess of the tomato sauce. Include and prepare dinner for about 15 minutes or until finally fish is thoroughly cooked.

Serves: 4 servings
